Linda is also a Partner at The Mindful Leader Academy which facilitates Leadership Development Programs from Graduates to Global Leaders. Linda supports clients through Facilitation of Learning, Coaching, and Mentoring.

Linda is an Accredited Executive Coach (EMCC), NLP Practitioner (Dr Richard Bandler), Workplace Mediator (Mediators Institute of Ireland) and has a Masters in Leadership & Management Practice (UCD Smurfit Business School).

Linda is passionate about understanding organisational and people cultures and behaviors which lead to her studying Transactional Analysis, Neuro Linguistic Programming and Organisational Culture Transformation. She works with Leadership Teams to create high performing and innovative cultures with a core focus on its people achieving personal and team excellence in performance, business success and career development.
