She loves to get under the bonnet to uncover how we get in our own way as we replay old patterns of behavior and outdated beliefs that impact our life’s and others. Linda supports and empowers clients to sit in the driver seat of their own lives and reclaim control and focus to create a healthier and more supportive way of being for them.

What energises and motivates Linda?
Linda O Mahony has been on a journey of leadership that has not been the assumed conventional journey to Leadership. Linda, a mom at 19 knows only too well the challenges presented juggling so many balls in life including a college life, a work life and being a full time mom. Now 25 years on, Linda, an experienced, highly energetic and entrepreneurial Leader has built high performance teams and simultaneously delivered profit improvements through developing and leading strategic and operational change programs within organisations.
Linda is a self confessed lifelong learner with a real love of subjects including the leadership mindset and personal and professional development. Linda is particularly passionate about human behaviour and what makes us tick from the inside out to unlock the potential we all have to live our best lives at work and at home.
Linda has an in-depth understanding of people behaviours, learning and leadership styles from her extensive study and training in Transactional Analysis, Neuro Linguistic Programming, Conflict Mediation, Organisational Culture Transformation and Executive Coaching and Leadership.
